It all started when…

Our lead counsellor, Michelle became fully aware of the benefits of Counselling. It was from this awareness that she trained to become a qualified BACP registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist, ‘REWIND’ Specialist PTSD practitioner (ideal for working with individuals suffering from traumatic experiences) and Mentor and Life Coach.

This training highlighted that when having a conversation with a trusted friend, we are not offered the impartial voice which is needed. However, speaking with a counsellor provides a voice of reason which is free of judgement, and of emotional and past history attachments. Harmonii Counselling provides the appropriate support, understanding and a critical yet compassionate voice, from our experienced counsellors.
